Vitesse fight back for win

Vitesse Arnhem came from a goal down to beat De Graafschap 3-1.

Vitesse Arnhem came from a goal down to condemn De Graafschap to their 11th defeat of the season.

De Graafschap are struggling at the foot of De Eredivisie table and in desperate need of points, but they let a lead slip at the Gelredome on Thursday.

Recent signing Magno Mocelin had De Graafschap in front inside the opening 60 seconds, but their defensive frailties reared their head again in the second half.

Stijn Schaars was the catalyst for Vitesse's comeback, as he netted on 52 and 60 minutes to put them in control.

Matthew Amoah showed his class in front of goal 12 minutes from time to seal three points, which move Vitesse onto the fringe of the European picture.
