Willem II defender Frank van der Struijk will be out of action for the next two monthsWillem II have been dealt a blow with the news defender Frank van der Struijk will be out of action for the next two months.
The stopper limped out of the recent clash with RBC Roosendaal and tests on Monday confirmed he had broken a metatarsal bone.
The club's medical team have confirmed that the defender is likely to need two months of inactivity to overcome his problem.
Van der Struijk has been joined in the Willem II treatment room by Frank van Mosselveld, Jos van Nieuwstadt and Michel Kreek.
Van Mosselveld has torn ankle ligaments, van Nieuwstadt is struggling with lumbago and Kreek has a muscle problem.
