Hungarian striker Zsombor Kerekes is set to leave Willem II and return to his homeland.
Hungarian striker Zsombor Kerekes is set to return to his homeland after failing to impress in Holland, according to reports in the Dutch press.
Kerekes joined Willem II in August 2005, but has not been able to command a regular first-team place and a return to former club Debrecen is now on the cards.
The 33-year-old's contract is due to expire in the summer and, having spent the last few months playing with the reserves, there appears to be no chance of a new deal.
Kerekes won the Hungarian championship with Debrecen in his final season at the club before moving to Holland.
