Fuchs injury worry

By Mitchell Glorie
Robert Fuchs is facing a prolonged spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.

The RKC Waalwijk midfielder damaged his knee during a training session on Monday and the early indications are suggesting he has torn the cruciate ligament.

Fuchs has been sent for an MRI scan with the club anxiously awaiting news on the injury.

If it is confirmed that he has torn his cruciate ligament, Fuchs is likely to be sidelined for the remainder of the season.

To add to RKC's woes, Iwan Redan has picked up a hamstring injury and is a major doubt for the weekend clash with Utrecht.
