Gunners ace refuses to discuss transfer rumours

Emmanuel Eboue has sought to steer well clear of fresh rumours regarding his future at Arsenal. The versatile Ivorian has been regularly linked with a move away from Emirates Stadium over recent years, with a switch to Italy widely touted. Reports claim he has grown unsettled in north London and is actively seeking a fresh challenge. He has struggled to hold down regular first-team football throughout his time with the Gunners, and that has only served to fuel the speculation. Serie A giants Roma are the latest club said to be monitoring Eboue's situation, with Claudio Ranieri claimed to be preparing a summer swoop. The African ace insists he knows nothing of the rumours, but admits he is keen to play on a more regular basis. "I am an Arsenal player and I don't want to comment on speculation," Eboue told skysports.com. "All players want to play week in, week out and I am no different, but I have no comment to make."
