Marseille face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night having lost all four UEFA Champions League games in Group F this season.
Elie Baup's side also trail Ligue 1 leaders Paris St Germain by 10 points, while Arsenal sit top of Group F and head the Premier League by four points.
However, Marseille keeper Mandanda is adamant his side still have pride to play for and will not be rolling over in north London.
"Marseille have pride and we want to show our best face in our last two matches in the Champions League this season," Mandanda told Sky Sports. "We have not come to London for a holiday.
"The team has not developed a good phase in the Champions League. Luck has been absent in some matches and that is important in football.
"To play against Arsenal and in the Emirates Stadium is always very difficult, more so now because the Gunners are in great form, but football also has surprises."
Mandanda also praised his fellow Frenchman Olivier Giroud, who has scored 10 goals for Arsenal in all competitions this season.
He added: "Giroud has been sensational. We know this player and it is normal that he is one of the key men for Arsenal.
"But they are not only dangerous due to one player. This squad is very compact and has players that are capable of breaking any opponent in a game."
