United are unbeaten in Europe this season and take on Olympiakos over two legs for a place in the quarter-finals.
The Greek champions are at home for Tuesday's first leg and come up against a United squad missing the cup-tied Juan Mata.
Phil Jones and Jonny Evans - out for the past three games - were absent from Monday morning's training session, but Danny Welbeck and Rafael Da Silva both took part.
David Moyes will have to plan again without Jones and Evans after Saturday's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace ended a run of three games without a win.
United go into the Olympiakos game as favourites to reach the last eight of the Champions League for the first time in three years.
In their way are Greek champions who have won 14 of their past 15 matches but whose squad has been weakened since the group stage by the sale of top scorer Kostas Mitroglou.
