Tube stations close to Stamford Bridge are affected by a 48-hour strike by rail staff and Transport for London (TfL) has issued important travel advice to supporters.
A statement on the Chelsea website read: "TfL has plans to ensure London can keep moving during these periods but you should expect significant disruption.
"Please plan to make your way to and from Stamford Bridge by other means of transport. Tube services to stations near the stadium are likely to be very limited.
"London Overground services will also be in operation but are expected to be extremely busy, particularly before and after the match. Stations may need to close temporarily at times to prevent overcrowding.
"Possible alternatives include: Walk to Clapham Junction for South West Trains and Southern services to London Waterloo, London Victoria, Wimbledon or East Croydon or walk to Hammersmith bus station for local bus services."
TfL has also published a link to a map which suggests the best route on foot to the stadium. This can be accessed at the site tfl.gov.uk or follow @TfLTravelAlerts on Twitter for the latest information.
