Iceland have been boosted by the availability of Eidur Gudjohnsen for their clash with Northern Ireland on Wednesday.
The Barcelona striker had been a doubt after missing Saturday's 1-1 Euro 2008 qualifying draw with Spain due to a knee injury.
However, after monitoring Gudjohnsen's progress, it has been decided the injury has cleared up for him to feature in Reykjavik against Nigel Worthington's men.
"The injury to the player's left knee has progressed nicely in recent days, and following a series of tests, Barca and the Icelandic federation have been involved in discussions and have come to the conclusion that he is fine to play for his national side this week," read a statement.
Gudjohnsen scored Iceland's third goal in their 3-0 victory over Northern Ireland at Windsor Park just over a year ago.
