The former Manchester United defender will assume control of the Polish side on January 1 in what will be his first job since being sacked by Blackburn.
Berg lasted just 57 days in charge of the club with whom he won the Premier League title as a player.
Warsaw will be the 44-year-old's fourth job, following on from Lyn, Lillestrom and Rovers.
