Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has said that John Ruddy should be part of England's 2014 World Cup squad.

The 27-year-old has been in impressive form this season, despite the Canaries' disappointing Premier League campaign.
Ruddy is not guaranteed a place in Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad for the tournament in Brazil in the summer, as Fraser Forster, Ben Foster and Jack Butland all are fighting to be one of two goalkeepers who will play as back-up to Joe Hart.
However, Hughton believes that Ruddy's display this campaign merits a place in the Three Lions squad, and that the former Everton shot-stopper will do a good job if called upon in action in Brazil.
"I might sound biased but John's been really good for us," he told talkSPORT. "He has kept a lot of clean sheets.
"We're sure Roy will make the right decision. We have every faith that, should John need to do a job for England, he'll be capable of doing that."
