The game will give coach Billy Stark the chance to prepare for the Euro qualifier against the Netherlands in May.
Scotland are currently fourth in their section, six points behind pacesetters Slovakia with three matches remaining and with one game in hand.
The team at the top of each qualifying group and the four best second-placed teams will qualify for the play-off round; the 14 remaining teams will be drawn to play seven two-legged matches.
The winners of those seven games will join hosts Czech Republic in the tournament finals in the summer of 2015.
Dundee United players Stuart Armstrong, Ryan Gauld and Andrew Robertson are just some of those who are likely to be involved in the fixture.
Meanwhile, United striker Brian Graham will be out for a minimum of three weeks after damaging ankle ligaments in last weekend's 1-1 draw at Inverness.
