Carl Robinson is confident he is match fit for Wales' Euro 2008 qualifier with Republic of Ireland on Saturday.
The midfielder has recently left Norwich City to join Major League Soccer club Toronto FC, but has yet to make a competitive appearance for his new side.
His last outing was the February friendly against Northern Ireland, but Robinson feels he is in good shape for the weekend's game at Croke Park.
"Obviously my last game in this country was the game against (Northern) Ireland," Robinson told Sky Sports News.
"I had a 10-day break, but I didn't do nothing, I trained with Norwich for a few days before I flew over to Tampa.
"I've done a week of double sessions and have played four games in the last 12 days, so I am match fit."
Meanwhile, James Collins is relishing the challenge of marshalling the Wales defence in the absence of West Ham team-mate Danny Gabbidon.
Collins said: "It's a challenge. If I'm selected, it's a challenge I'm looking forward to.
"I'm getting on a bit at 23! It seems like I've been around for a while.
"I like playing in pressure games and being given a lot of responsibility, so hopefully I can perform."
