Iceland can book their place at their first-ever major tournament with victory over Kazakhstan on Sunday.
The Group A leaders are on the brink of automatic qualification after completing a double over the Netherlands with a famous 1-0 win in Amsterdam a few days ago.
If they beat basement side Kazakhstan at home they will secure a top-two finish, while Czech Republic can strengthen their grip on second with victory over Latvia.
Pavel Vrba's side are six points clear of the third-placed Netherlands with three matches remaining.
Following their defeat to Iceland, the Dutch face a battle to even make the play-offs as they could slip down to fourth in the group if they are beaten in Turkey.
In Group B, Wales will not only book their place at Euro 2016 if they beat Israel in Cardiff, but they will also enhance Belgium's chances of qualifying automatically for the finals.
Belgium sit second in the group and a win in Cyprus could see them open up a five-point gap over third-placed Israel with just two games left to play.
Bosnia and Herzegovina will be looking to keep their slim play-off hopes with victory over Andorra, who are yet to pick up a point.
The automatic qualification spots are still firmly up for grabs in Group H, with the top three of Croatia, Italy and Norway separated by just two points.
Leaders Croatia could take a big step towards qualification if they can beat third-placed Norway in Oslo, but victory for the hosts would see them leapfrog Niko Kovac's side.
Italy are level on 15 points with Croatia and would remain on track to reach the finals in France if they can overcome fourth-placed Bulgaria.
The other game in the group sees Malta entertain Azerbaijan.
