Republic of Ireland have been hit with a trio of late withdrawals.Republic of Ireland have been hit with a triple blow with the news that Nottingham Forest's Andy Reid, Charlton's Matt Holland and Newcastle's Stephen Carr have all been forced to pull out of Tuesday's clash with Croatia.
Kerr's side now visit Dublin's Lansdowne Road in midweek without a trio of experienced players but manager Brian Kerr has decided not to call-up any late replacements.
Both Reid and Holland are suffering from ankle injuries sustained at the weekend and have been withdrawn by their respective clubs.
Newcastle full-back Carr was a first half casuality of Sunday's game against Manchester United with an ankle injury but Kerr remains philosophical in his appraisal of the situation.
"You expect these type of problems to arise before any international game," said Kerr.
"Fortunately it is not a competitive match and we have plenty of cover available from the players already in Dublin."
