Kerr prefers Colgan

Goalkeeper Nick Colgan replaces of out-of-favour Joe Murphy for the Italy friendly.
Manager Brian Kerr has recalled Barnsley goalkeeper Nick Colgan to the Republic of Ireland squad in place of out-of-favour West Brom stopper Joe Murphy for the August 17 friendly against Italy at Lansdowne Road.
Colgan featured in his club's 2-0 win over Swindon at the weekend and is preferred to Murphy, who has become fourth choice goalkeeper at The Hawthorns following the arrival of Chris Kirkland on loan from Liverpool.
Richard Dunne is in the squad, despite struggling with injury, but Leicester's Alan Maybury misses out. Liverpool's Steve Finnan and Sunderland's Gary Breen also return to meet the Azzurri.
Roy Keane is rested but will return for the crucial World Cup qualifier against France on September 7.
