Edwin van der Sar is missing from the Holland squad for the friendly with England.

Manchester United ace Van der Sar asked to be left out and Holland coach Marco van Basten has granted the goalkeeper his wish.
Van Basten has named a 20-man squad for the game in Amsterdam next Wednesday.
There is still no place for the exiled Ruud van Nistelrooy despite his good form with Real Madrid.
Celtic midfielder Evander Sno keeps his place in the final squad after being named in the provisional party and Parkhead team-mate Jan vennegoor of Hesselink is also given the nod by Van Basten.
There are six Premiership-based players in the squad in the form of Blackburn's Andre Ooijer, Chelsea duo Arjen Robben and Khalid Boulahrouz, Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt, Arsenal's Robin van Persie, and Wigan midfielder Denny Landzaat.
Hamburg star Rafael van der Vaart is available again after recovering from injury.
