Swans goalkeeper keen on Wembley win for Holland

Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm has revealed he will use all his Premier League inside knowledge to help Holland beat England at Wembley on Wednesday. The 28-year-old has been named in the Dutch squad for the clash with the Three Lions, who will have Stuart Pearce in charge for the first time since Fabio Capello's dramatic resignation earlier this month. The former Utrecht shot-stopper has been part of a Swansea side that has made a solid start to life in the top flight and he wants to make the season even better by helping to beat England. Vorm is competing with Roma star Maarten Stekelenburg for a starting spot between the sticks for the World Cup finalists.

Good position

However, even if he does not get handed the No.1 jersey, he has already pledged to use all his Premier League know-how to help the Oranje come out on top. "I know every player in the Premier League and how they play," said Vorm. "If the manager needs to know something about Rooney or Bent or anyone else, I think I'm in a good position to help. "Selected or not, I'm part of a squad that wants to beat England."
