Late goals lifted Germany to 3-0 win over Tunisia in the Confederations Cup.Germany have booked their place in the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup after a late 3-0 win over Tunisia.
The hosts now have two wins out of two following their exciting 4-3 win over Australia earlier in the week.
Germany were far from their best against the Africans, but claimed all three points thanks to a flurry of late goals.
Tunisia to their credit kept out Jurgen Klinsmann's side in the first half, leaving the bulk of the 44,377 crowd frustrated in Cologne.
Just when it looked like Tunisia might claim a point Michael Ballack broke the deadlock from the penalty spot.
The Bayern Munich ace slotted home himself after he was fouled by Wissem Abdi on 74 minutes.
Bastian Schweinsteiger settled the contest just six minutes later before Mike Hanke added the icing on the cake.
