Petr Cech

Arsene Wenger's decision to omit his summer signing in the Champions League looks all the most confusing given the four clean sheets racked up in the league. Eric Dier

The winger remains the game's top scorer with five goals, three assists and four MOTM awards despite being dropped for Leicester's recent trip to Norwich, a decision which must have infuriated the 28 per cent of managers which have transferred him in since the start of the season.

Saido Mane

Just eight games in and the 23-year-old has already provided more assists than he managed last season with a joint league high of five to his name, while more goals can be expected to add to his tally of two, having netted 10 times in his debut Premier League campaign.

Dimitri Payet

Talking of impressive first seasons, West Ham's summer signing has maintained the sort of form which saw him rack up seven goals and 16 assists in Ligue 1 last season, find the net four times and setting up another three already.

Andre Ayew
