Alexandre Lacazette scored his first league goal from open play since April as Lyon claimed a slender 1-0 Ligue 1 win over Reims.

Lacazette missed a penalty but grabbed the game's solitary goal on 44 minutes to down Olivier Guegan's side, who have made an impressive start to the season, losing just once before Saturday.

Angers backed up their impressive defeat of Marseille last weekend with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Bastia.

Yoann Andreu and Cheikh N'Doye combined to tee up Billy Ketkeophomphone, who converted first time in the 41st minute.

Two minutes later Abdoul Camara fluffed a penalty for Angers, but they were not made to pay and held on to claim three points.

Ten-man Troyes' winless start to the season continued as they went down to a late Younousse Sankhare goal in a 1-0 defeat against in-form Guingamp.

The hosts wasted the best chance of an uninspiring first half when Yoann Court's shot came back off the right post but Sankhare did not miss when he had the chance nine minutes from time.

Troyes' misery was compounded with five minutes left to play when Thomas Ayasse was harshly shown a second yellow card.

Ajaccio also remain winless in the top flight after they were held to a 2-2 draw by fellow strugglers Toulouse.

Toulouse took the lead through Martin Braithwaite's emphatic finish before the hosts levelled just a few minutes later via Kevin Mayi's header.

Ajaccio turned parity into a half-time lead when Gregory Puyol bundled home but this time the visitors had an answer, Braithwaite's shot deflected for an own-goal by Issiaga Sylla.

The game between Nice and Nantes was abandoned at half-time due to a waterlogged pitch.

By that point the score was already tied at 2-2, Jules Iloki and Adrien Thomasson scoring for Les Canaris and Valerie Germain netting twice in response.
