Antonio Conte says Chelsea will "fight until the end" despite facing "great difficulties" this season.

Olivier Giroud's header gave them a 1-0 win over Liverpool at Stamford Bridge and kept them in the hunt for a Champions League place.

The victory moves Chelsea to within two points of Tottenham in fourth and three behind third-placed Liverpool with two games to play.

"For sure today was a must-win game against a strong team, a really good team," Conte told Sky Sports.
