Europa League: Wins for Villarreal, Real Sociedad, PSV Eindhoven and Dinamo Zagreb

Villarreal, Real Sociedad, PSV Eindhoven and Dinamo Zagreb all enjoyed wins in the Europa League qualifying play-offs.

Cani, Giovani Dos Santos and Mario Gaspar were on target as Villarreal won 3-0 away to Astana, while Adam Maher's goal gave PSV Eindhoven a 1-0 win over Belarusian side Shakhtyor.

Two late goals saw Dinamo Zagreb to a 3-1 win away to Petrolul, who were also reduced to 10 men late in stoppage time.

Duje Cop, who had seen his early penalty cancelled out by Toto Tamuz, restored Dinamo's lead in the 80th minute and, after Geraldo Alves saw red five minutes into stoppage time, Paulo Machado grabbed a potentially decisive third.
