Huh Jung-Moo felt his South Korean side were unfortunate to exit the World Cup on Saturday. The South Koreans fell to a 2-1 loss against Uruguay as Luis Suarez struck twice for the South Americans. Lee Chung-Yong did restore parity for South Korea on 68 minutes, but ultimately Huh's men were undone by a wonderful Suarez finish. Huh praised the spirit of his players after their defeat, highlighting their fighting spirit demonstrated until the final whistle. "My players never gave up, they were tenacious and rose to the challenge, they showed they were true Koreans," he said. "We wanted to go into the quarter-finals, we had lots of chances. Uruguay were lucky enough to score, we lost because we weren't able to match them."
