The Polish FA has been fined around £20,500 for "incidents of crowd disturbance" at the match on October 15, which England won 2-0 to seal qualification to the 2014 World Cup.
Poland fans lit numerous flares inside the stadium, while one visiting fan ran on to the field during the match.
The English FA must pay nearly £7,000 for allowing the incidents FIFA rules hold host nations responsible for security inside their stadiums.
