West Ham United have confirmed that goalkeeper Peter Kurucz has departed the club by mutual consent.
The 23-year-old joined the Hammers from Ujpest, initially on loan, in February 2009.
Kurucz made just one first-team appearance for the club, coming on as substitute in a Premier League defeat against Manchester United in December 2010.
Injury has curtailed his progress and he missed all of last season through a knee problem.
He returned to full fitness this term and spent a spell on loan with League One side Rochdale, playing 11 games.
