Youngster Huws back with City

Manchester City teenager Emyr Huws has returned to the Premier League champions following his loan spell at Northampton.

Huws made 13 appearances in all competitions for the League Two club. The 19-year-old's return to the Etihad Stadium means Wigan goalkeeper Lee Nicholls is now the only loan player on the Cobblers' books after Danny East (Hull), Henoc Mukendi (Liverpool) and Chris Smith (Swindon) went back to their respective clubs last week. Northampton have also made Anthony Charles available for transfer after confirming they will not be renewing the defender's contract when it expires at the end of the season.
