Luton boss Nathan Jones could bring midfield duo Jonathan Smith and Jake Gray into his starting line-up for the last game of the regular season against Morecambe.

The Hatters have secured a place in the play-offs meaning bit-part players such as Smith and Gray may be handed game time as Jones rests more key members of his squad.

Midfielder Lawson D'Ath is doubtful but will be assessed after sustaining an injury over the Easter weekend but striker Danny Hylton returns from a one-match ban.

Johnny Mullins (hamstring) returned to the bench during the 4-1 win at Accrington and could start but Jordan Cook (knee) remains a doubt.

Morecambe will be without Peter Murphy and Dean Winnard.

Shrimps skipper Murphy came off in last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Wycombe due to a knee problem.

Defender Winnard then sustained a knee injury of his own in training three days later.

Morecambe, currently 18th in the League Two table, could finish their troubled season one place above that, with them currently level on points with 17th-placed Crewe, while 21st is the lowest they could end up.
