With the European club season having almost come to a close, teams across the continent are outlining their plans for the summer transfer window.

So we asked our friends at Football Whispers to scour the European media to round-up the latest transfer news and big stories.

Italy

Massimiliano Allegri is keen to bring Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to Juventus. Alternatively, the Italian side may look to bring Paul Pogba back to Turin. (Tuttosport)

Inter Milan will offer striker and captain Mauro Icardi a contract extension. The club, who clinched Champions League football at the weekend by defeating Lazio, will hope to raise the Argentine's wages from €6m (£5.3m) per season. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
