France held by Morocco

Youssef Mokhtari's late equaliser helped Morocco snatch a 2-2 draw from their international friendly with France. The substitute fired home from the edge of the area in the 84th minute after France had come from a goal down to lead 2-1. The visitors took the lead early in the match when Youssouf Hadji's long-range strike proved too hot to handle for France goalkeeper Mickael Landreau and Porto midfielder Tarik Sektioui was first to react. But the World Cup finalists were quickly back on level terms as Samir Nasri set up Sidney Govou to drive home the equaliser. Bolton striker Nicolas Anelka then headed on for Nasri to put France in front with an angled effort with 74 minutes on the clock. Raymond Domenech's side can qualify for Euro 2008 without kicking a ball on Saturday if Italy defeat Scotland at Hampden Park.
