Sky Sports News understands no action will be taken against Hearts manager Craig Levein or assistant Austin MacPhee after Saturday's fractious meeting with Hamilton.
Both were sent to the stands during the game by referee Bobby Madden - MacPhee after an unseemly grapple on the ground with Hamilton's Darian MacKinnon.
The Scottish Football Association have elected to issue warnings to Hearts and Hamilton collectively, as well as Levein and MacPhee individually.
Levein was dismissed during the second half after protesting at Madden's officiating and then refusing to walk five yards to the official when summoned.
MacPhee joined his manager in the Tynecastle main stand after the assistant coach wrestled with MacKinnon for the ball which had gone out of play, with the Accies' player escaping sanction for his part in the incident
Hearts defender Jamie Brandon was ordered off in the first half for two bookable offences as the match finished in a 1-1 draw.
