Andre Marriner's howler, El Clasico, and a weekend of thrills and spills in the top flight are discussed.

Sky Sports News Radio's Ben Ransom is joined in the studio by TEAMtalk's James Dixon and James Marshment to discuss all the major talking points from the weekend, the drama in El Clasico and how the remaining English teams will fare in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Sympathy for Marriner The trio all agree Andre Marriner's decision to produce a red card was corrent and have sympathy for the ref following his case of mistaken identity in the dismissal of Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs rather than Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Ben strongly calls for a widespread use of technology in the game to update football, while Marshy hopes the FA don't impose any sort of ban on the official. As well as the red-card controversy, Chelsea's dismantling of Arsenal is hailed with Marshy praising Jose Mourinho's tactics and claiming his "know-how" should see the Blues over the title line this season. Golden goals It was a record-breaking weekend for goals in the Premier League and James explains why Alexander Tettey's effort for Norwich is the pick of the strikes - proclaiming it a superior effort to the goal that Wayne Rooney scored for Man United. Marshy, however, is uber critical of the "lost art of defending" in the Premier League, lambasting the mistakes on display at both Tottenham and Cardiff. Classic El Clasico The title race in La Liga is debated following Sunday night's breathtaking El Clasico that saw Barcelona edge to a breathless 4-3 win at Real Madrid. Marshy explains why he'd love Atletico Madrid to win the title and hails Lionel Messi as the best penalty taker in the world. There's some sympathy for Sergio Ramos though, despite Ben saying that he wasn't shocked to see him see red. Championship changes A turbulent day in the Championship is also debated with James having his say on Nottingham Forest's "harsh" decision to sack Billy Davies and Marshy explaining what the Football League's decision to block Massimo Cellino's takeover at Leeds will mean to the club. Champions League See who our podcast guests fancy to triumph following the quarter-final draw, with some interesting views about what would be deemed acceptable for Man United following their pairing with favourites and current holders Bayern Munich.
