The Blackpool winger was ruled out of the opening game with Italy, which saw England easily beaten.
Ince is one of a number of players ready to return and he hopes he can make an impact against Norway on Saturday.
"We had to wake up and dust ourselves down. Last night was bitterly disappointing especially the result and the way we felt we played but we have got two games to put it right," he told Sky Sports News.
"We now feel more upbeat about working towards Saturday against a strong Norway side but we have got strong characters in that team, great ability and we will be looking to show that on Saturday.
"I don't think it's a case of what went wrong. The Italians are a great side, you look at the lad [Marco] Verratti in midfield and the number 10 who we talked about all week was a problem at times.
"We couldn't find that creative spark up top but we cannot worry about that it happened, we go on today, look forward to Saturday and we look forward to beating Norway."
Ince admits he was disappointed to miss the opening match and is now keen to get back in action.
"It was a nightmare because I was devastated seeing the lads warm up on the pitch, I didn't really want to miss out. It is not a nice feeling missing out on games, but I had to serve my suspension and I've had a good week and hopefully I can be in contention this Saturday," he said.
