Striker Jon-Paul Pittman has been challenged by Oxford manager Chris Wilder to improve his work-rate.
Pittman has scored two in his last two games, having returned from a loan spell at Crawley in December, but Wilder wants more. Wilder told BBC Radio Oxford: "He didn't work hard enough and we had plenty of chats about it. "I had to demand that he produces the same as everybody else and when he does that he certainly add to us."
