QPR's highly-rated duo Troy Hewitt and Michael Doughty could be sent out on loan to offer them a chance of first-team football.
The pair are yet to feature for Neil Warnock's starting XI and with Rangers preparing for their season back in the top-flight, the former Crystal Palace boss wants them to get match experience somewhere else.
Warnock said striker Hewitt was attracting a lot of attention from other clubs, as was 18-year-old midfielder Doughty - particularly in League One.
"I don't want to loan them for the season. I might consider six months because they've both got things to offer," the Rs boss told the Fulham Chronicle.
Great promise
"Reserves is no good. There's so much interest from League One teams so we'll have a look at that."
Warnock added that Hewitt, who is currently nursing a calf strain, is one to watch for the future and shows signs of great promise.
"Troy's done well. He's got an eye for goal but has still got a lot to learn on build-up play," he said.
"He's so used to playing the way he does. I'm sure over the next 12 months he'll move on because he's such a hardworking lad with the right attitude."
