Rosler reeling as Bees slump

Uwe Rosler is lamenting Bentford's inability to keep a clean sheet after they threw away the lead to lose 2-1 at Colchester.

The Bees went ahead in Tuesday's League One clash when Niall McGinn lashed in the rebound after Gary Alexander's penalty was saved, but two late strikes from Colchester substitute Steven Gillespie put another dent in Rosler's play-off hopes. "That's our problem at the moment - it looks like we have to score two or three goals at least to get the points," he said. "We looked very solid defensively in the first half and until we scored. "But after that, the teams are launching more balls and putting more pressure on us. "It's disappointing after two weeks without a game and to lose the game after going 1-0 up but when you cannot keep clean sheets, that's what happens."
