The 28-year-old claims to have come close to sealing a switch in the past, with his performances against the Three Lions during Euro 2012 qualification earning plenty of plaudits.
He remains on the books at Hungarian outfit Videoton for now, but has ambitions of gracing a much grander stage.
Bozovic is confident he can catch the eye again in a midweek World Cup qualifier, with it possible that a star showing in Podgorica will take him a step closer to Brazil 2014 and a dream transfer.
"After the game at Wembley (in October 2010) there was a possibility of going to England but it did not happen," he said.
"The Premier League is where I want to be, only the Premier League. I love the football in England and I watch it all the time, I like Chelsea best of all.
"I played very good against England, especially at Wembley, and I am hoping if I do well again on Tuesday something will happen. It will be tough but all of our team has confidence.
"We almost qualified for Euro 2012, getting to the play-offs where we played the Czech Republic, and our team is like our country - small but strong and proud.
"We know England will be very difficult opponents, but we believe we can do it and our fans are so noisy and passionate they will be a big help.
"We are a team who plays well on the counter-attack and have some excellent players like Stefan Savic and Mirko Vucinic."
