Norwich star Grant Holt believes team spirit was the key ingredient to his side's triumphant promotion push this season.
The Canaries sealed a spot in next season's Premier League with a 1-0 victory at Portsmouth on Monday night, with striking ace Simeon Jackson grabbing the winner.
Holt, who has scored 20 goals of his own this term as the current third-top scorer in the Championship, feels the solidarity between his team-mates has been crucial to their success.
"We've got a fantastic group of lads here that want to win every week for each other," he told Sky Sports HD1.
"When you get that it's a fantastic thing.
"When you've got a good team spirit and a group of lads who enjoy playing as much as they do, it's fantastic."
Norwich only climbed out of League One last season, and Holt feels their assault on the Championship in the second half of the campaign has been outstanding.
"When we first came in we were a little bit apprehensive about the Championship," he said.
"It took us a while to get hold of it but the last three or four months we've been fantastic."
Holt also reserved praise for manager Paul Lambert, adding: "He's done well. He's been fantastic.
"We know exactly what we get from him. He's a fantastic person, a motivator and he's been great for us."
In-form goalscorer Jackson has notched nine goals in his last seven games for the Yellows, giving their promotion bid a timely boost, and Holt hailed his impact on the team.
"He'd be the first to tell you he was low on confidence (earlier this year)," he said. "(But) he's been class. We all knew how good he was.
"I can't wait to see him next year."
Jackson, named man-of-the-match after Monday's victory, admits he is still coming to terms with the Canaries' promotion.
Asked if it was the highlight of his career so far, he replied: "Definitely, so far.
"But it's not down to me, it's down to everyone throughout the season. This big man (Holt) as well. I can't believe we've done it.
"It's been a magnificent effort by everyone. But no it's not sunk in yet."
