Manchester City forward Sinan Bytyqi has joined Dutch club SC Cambuur on loan after signing a new two-and-a-half year deal.
Bytyqi will spend the rest of the season with the Eredivisie side, who are performing well above expectations this season and currently lie in seventh position, three points away from the European places.
The Austria youth international is now committed to City until the summer of 2017.
Bytyqi has been a regular starter for Patrick Vieira's EDS side and made his first-team debut in a pre-season game against Al-Ain in Abu Dhabi last May.
He was also in Manuel Pellegrini's squad for the Capital One Cup tie against Sheffield Wednesday earlier this season.
