Thanks for joining me this afternoon. Stay tuned for a full match report and reaction from both teams. Don't forget you can have your say and rate the players.
Great point for Norwich as they keep their first clean sheet since returning to the Premier League. Dismal afternoon for Fernando Torres, who was denied by the excellent John Ruddy and also produced a horror miss in the second half.
Three minutes of added time will be played, as Malouda wastes a glorious chance from the edge of the area.
Naughton is down after being caught by Mata as he cleared. No malice and the Canaries man is on his feet again.
Malouda's shot from the edge of the box takes a deflection and goes just wide. From the corner, the Frenchman fires goalwards again and sees it strike Lukaku some five yards out.
Cole hits one on the volley from outside the area, with Ruddy always in control as he watches it go wide of the post.
Plenty of pressure from Chelsea, but still no end product, as Mata attempts to unlock the Norwich defence, but only to find Ruddy.
Just wide from Mata as he spins in the box and fires Malouda's pass just past the post, with replays showing Ruddy got a vital fingertip to it, which was missed by Clattenburg.
Great powerful run from Lukaku as he bursts forward into the Norwich box, but the Canaries defence clear at the crucial moment.
Torres gets the hook. Another miserable afternoon for the Spain striker as he makes way for Lukaku. That's now 15 games without scoring for Torres, his worst run since arriving in England.
Morison gets away from Bosingwa out on the left and fires in a low cross, but Cech is out to gather cleanly.
Sturridge lets the ball run through to Cole before Whitbread clears, and then Ruddy has to make a solid save to keep out Ramires' powerful low drive.
Good play from Torres - in his own box. The Spain striker shows good strength against Morison and earns a free-kick.
Rare corner for Norwich comes to nothing, before Pilkington is pulled back when in on goal after a quick free-kick is too swift for Clattenburg.
Luiz tries to release Bosingwa down the right, but just overhits the pass to his onrushing defensive colleague.
Meireles has his hands up just outside the box and clearly uses them as Holt tries to get away from him, but Clattenburg gives nothing. Not a penalty, but a clear free-kick.
Great save from Ruddy! Sturridge plays in Mata, who aims for the near post but is denied by the Norwich goalkeeper. Chelsea are increading the pressure here.
TORRES MISSES!!!! Bosingwa's low ball into the box somehow finds Torres just eight yards out. He pokes the ball goalwards, but it goes just wide of the upright. Really should have scored.
Torres works himself a yard of space just outside the Norwich box before driving in a shot which goes just over. Cue jeers from the home fans. Decent effort, though.
Ruddy is off his line quickly to gather Mata's through-ball into the box towards Malouda. Great awareness from the Norwich keeper.
Holt again shows good strength to hold off Luiz and Bosingwa, but his cross is gathered by Cech with Terry marshalling Morison well.
Luiz tries his luck from outside the area after being found by Malouda, but is off target. Worth a shot.
Malouda's low cross is turned away from in front of his own goal by Whitbread, before the resulting corner comes to nothing.
Holt is penalised for a challenge on Terry, and then lets the England captain know what he thinks of him in no uncertain terms.
Mata shows sublime skill to bring the ball down on the egde of his own box, but then ruins that piece of skill by shanking his pass out of play.
Gary Cahill is sat in the stands at Carrow Road, hopefully learning how his new team-mates play by watching them.
Pilkington gets away from Terry and Cole before going for the spectacular from the edge of the box with team-mates well placed in the centre, with his curling effort flying wide.
Morison wins the ball from Bosingwa, but then concedes the first free kick of the game as he trips Ramires.
Very good point from Adam Bell: "Interestingly, even though Norwich have been solid this season they've yet to keep a clean sheet and Chelsea have only kept five... so there must surely be goals in this game, I think Torres will bag a brace but it will finish 2-2."
Despite the lack of goals, this has been a decent game. Torres was so close to ending his recent scoring drought, while Holt fizzed Norwich's best chance just wide.
Quick HT stat from Opta: Neither Norwich City or Chelsea committed a single foul in the first half of this match. Friendly.
On the stroke of half-time, Pilkington shows brilliant awareness to get back and cut out Fernando Torres' pull-back towards Malouda.
Another blunder from Martin gives the ball away, with Mata breaking into the box only to fire over the top, much to his and his manager's frustration.
Chelsea are camped on the edge of the Norwich box but cannot find a way through before Bosingwa's attempted cross is overhit and goes out for a goalkick.
Lampard looks to be suffering from a calf problem and is now sitting glumy on the bench in a big coat and some flip flops with a massive ice pack on the affected area.
Malouda cuts inside from the left and finds Mata, whose low deflected shot is well gathered by Ruddy.
Great play from Torres as he turns away from two Norwich defenders and feeds Sturridge, whose attempted return pass is just too long for the Spain striker.
Clattenburg halts play to speak with Torres and Ayala after they clashed at a corner, which is eventually headed clear.
Norwich go close again as Surman finds Johnson, with his shot taking a big deflection off Terry before Cech manages to adjust his feet and drop on the ball.
Terry and Morison clash out on the touchline, with the Chelsea skipper almost taking out his manager in the technical area. That would have been very funny.
Luiz brings the ball out of defence well and wisely elects to pass rather than embarking on another buccaneering run into enemy territory.
Neat bit of play from Norwich ends with Pilkington's deep cross headed back across goal by Holt from the far post and into the grateful arms of Cech.
Sturridge then attempts a pass using the same method as Torres' recent shot, but gets it horribly wrong. Keep it simple.
Terry heads back to Cech under pressure from Morison. The home fans have been having some fun at the visiting skipper's expense.
SO CLOSE FOR TORRES!!! The Chelsea striker attempts an audacious shot with the outside of his boot from the edge of the box, which is curling towards the bottom corner before Ruddy tips it around the post. Sturridge blazes the resulting corner high and wide.
Bradley Johnson's cross into the box is cleared by a combination of Bosingwa and Luiz with Holt lurking.
Norwich have been tight and well organised at the back as Chelsea continue to probe for openings. The home side have also had the best chance, with Holt's shot which went just wide.
Holt appeals after feeling he is being blocked by Terry and Cole as a cross comes into the Chelsea box, but Clattenburg is not interested.
Holt is down holding a 'sensitive' area after clashing with Luiz. No blame on the Chelsea man as it was accidental and referee Mark Clattenburg allows play to continue. Holt is up and about again swiftly.
Tremendous ball from Holt from inside the centre circle out to Morison who is breaking down the right. He attempts a shot from a tight angle when it's not really on and finds only the side netting.
Nice play from Torres to find Sturridge, but the young England forward's attempted return pass is cut out.
Lampard attempts a long-range pass over the top of the Norwich defence to Mata, but Martin heads clear well.
Pilkington is found by Naughton and cuts inside before unleashing a powerful shot which strikes Terry and flies clear.
Terrible pass from Martin puts Norwich under pressure, allowing Mata to steal possession and burst forward. He finds Torres, but Whitbread is back to challenge the forward.
Luiz embarks on another mazy run into Norwich territory, only to be stopped in his tracks by Holt's sliding tackle.
Bosingwa's cross then causes concern among the Norwich backline, earning another corner, which comes to nothing.
Mata releases Torres, who goes a little wide and then attempts to find Sturridge in a more central position, but Norwich clear.
Another corner from Lampard is half-cleared before Mata fires over the top from the far side of the penalty area with an acrobatic attempt.
SO CLOSE FOR NORWICH!!! Morison plays in his strike partner Holt, who turns away from Luiz before drilling a low shot just beyond Cech's post.
Great chance for the Canaries! Norwich break through Morison, who feeds in Pilkington. His low driven cross is pushed away by Cech and Morison is just beaten to the rebound.
Nice play from Bosingwa and Lampard releases Sturridge down the right again but the young forward's cross is cleared.
Great ball in from Lampard, which Whitbread clears from inside his own six-yard box. Lampard crosses again and earns a throw before the Canaries clear.
Meireles feeds Sturridge on the right of the box, with Kyle Naughton getting back to put it out for a corner.
Luiz lofts a ball forward to Fernando Torres, but the pass takes the striker wide and away from goal after he looked to be in behind the home defence.
Some early work for David Luiz as he dribbles out of defence, rather than opting for the safety first approach. Of course.
The two teams are in the tunnel, with captains Terry and Holt ready to lead their respective sides into battle.
Chelsea needed two late goals to secure all three points in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge earlier this season, only securing a 3-1 success after Canaries keeper John Ruddy was sent off with 10 minutes to go.
Villas-Boas has confirmed to Sky Sports that he wants Gary Cahill to have more time training with his new team-mates before he thrusts him into the first-team fold.
Success for Norwich would see them climb to eighth in the table, a stunning display on their return to the top-flight after back-to-back promotions.
Chelsea can tighten their grip on fourth with a victory today, which would open up a seven-point gap over Arsenal and Newcastle.
Martin Butt writes: "I am bit surprised too at the non-selection of Gary Cahill, but on the game I would think Chelsea to win 3-1 and Torres to score twice."
Opta stat 4: Chelsea have picked up the most cards in the Premier League this season (48 yellow, three reds).
Opta stat 3: 41% of the goals Norwich have scored have been headers, the highest proportion in the top flight. Norwich have also conceded the lowest percentage of goals from headers (11%).
Opta stat 2: The Canaries haven't kept a clean sheet in their 10 Premier League games at Carrow Road this season.
Couple of Opta Stats before the action starts: Chelsea have won the last five meetings with Norwich in all competitions, scoring at least three goals in each game.
I'm surprised Cahill isn't involved today, but I guess there was no real need for Villas-Boas to rush him into the side. A few more days of training with his new team-mates can't hurt before he gets involved. Unless, of course, there's an injury we're not aware of.
Blues fan Ben says: "I think Chelsea will win 3-1 today with goals coming from Torres, Mata and Ramires. But Chelsea have got to stay more tight at the back and hopefully they can do that today."
Ray from Birmingham writes: "And Andre Villas-Boas returns to his bizarre selections by leaving Gary Cahill out of the side all together. A game against Norwich would have been the perfect start for Gary to get things going in terms of overall understanding between team-mates during gameplay. Why he's not in the side, I don't know. Meireles gets another place in the side, he needs to be a whole lot more selfless and stop taking those wayward shots from outside the box. Chelsea should win 3-0. Torres to get on the cards early today!"
Norwich fan Rob from Hepworth says: "City legend Grant Holt to dominate John Terry at the back today and get a couple. 2-1 City."
Chelsea fan Steve Boem writes: "Unbelievable AVB not even putting Gary Cahill on the bench, the guy beggars belief. Bet Cahill wonders if he has made the right move. Can't get in the team ahead of a clown like Luiz. Could live to regret the selection. Fear Holt and Morison will tear us apart."
Sky Bet update: Chelsea new boy Gary Cahill does not feature for the Blues and they are 4/7 to get a win against in-form Norwich. Paul Lambert's men are 9/2 to avenge their 3-1 defeat to Chelsea in the reverse fixture and a draw is 16/5. Frank Lampard (13/2) and Anthony Pilkington (20/1) have been price-boosted to open the scoring.
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has another chance to end his recent drought - with his last goal coming in the UEFA Champions League against Genk during October - after being named in a three-man attack with Daniel Sturridge and Juan Mata.
Norwich have brought captain Grant Holt back into their starting XI, with David Fox named in midfield in the other change from the team which won at West Brom.
New Chelsea signing Gary Cahill is not even named on the bench today, with manager Andre Villas-Boas giving his latest arrival the weekend off.
Norwich: Ruddy, R Martin, Ayala, Whitbread, Naughton, Surman, Pilkington, Fox, Johnson, Morison, Holt.
