Gow could play some part; Dann and Bell return

Relegation-threatened Norwich welcome in-form Coventry to Carrow Road in the hope of causing an upset. Coventry are on a high after dispatching the Championship's top two this month, as well as Premier League side Blackburn in their midweek FA Cup tie. Norwich on the other hand are without a win in six games, although the standard of their performances has been good enough to suggest that Saturday's result is by no means a foregone conclusion. In search of an end to that winless run, Norwich manager Bryan Gunn could call on midfielder Alan Gow to strengthen his side. The on-loan Rangers winger has made just three appearances for the Canaries since arriving at the end of January, but could feature against the Sky Blues having recovered from a thigh injury. Fellow loanee Chris Killen could also feature despite suffering with an Achilles problem earlier in the week. Defender Ryan Bertrand (ankle) is ready to start following his late cameo in the 1-1 draw with Burnley last weekend while 19-year-old striker Luke Daley could again be named on the bench. Veteran defender Dejan Stefanovic is in light training following cruciate ligament damage but will not return before the end of the season. Striker Jamie Cureton hopes to make his 100th appearance for the club.

Sky Blues news

Captain Scott Dann returns after a one-match suspension for picking up his fifth booking of the season against Burnley. Dann is likely to replace centre-back Elliott Ward who deputised in the win over Blackburn. Midfielder David Bell, meanwhile, returns after being cup-tied on Tuesday night. Striker Freddy Eastwood replaced Bell on the wing in the 1-0 win over Rovers but Bell should go straight back into the starting XI with Eastwood pushing for a place in the forward line as Coventry bid to protect their five-game unbeaten run. Boss Chris Coleman will be hoping his side can translate their cup form into the league and much responsibility will lie with striker Leon Best who has scored twice in the last three games, including the winner against Blackburn.
