Notts County v Bury preview

Image: Bartosz Bialkowski: Fit to continue for Magpies

Team news for Friday's League One clash between Notts County and Bury at Meadow Lane.

Notts County caretaker manager Chris Kiwomya has the luxury of a fully-fit squad to choose from. Goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski showed no ill effects against Walsall last weekend on his return from a three-week absence with a head injury and the Pole will retain his place in the side. Kiwomya has options should he wish to make any changes as he chases a first win in his fourth game in charge on Friday night. Yoann Arquin will have done his chances of a recall no harm after coming off the bench to score County's equaliser against the Saddlers in the 1-1 draw at the Banks's Stadium. Fellow forward Francois Zoko, midfielders Gavin Mahon and Hamza Bencherif and defenders Manny Smith and Julian Kelly are also options. Craig Fagan is pushing for his first Bury start. Fagan joined the Shakers until the end of the season last week and the former Hull forward appeared as a late substitute in the 2-0 defeat to Coventry - the second game in succession where Blackwell's men have failed to find the net. Fellow striker Jonson Clarke-Harris could also come into contention but the Peterborough loanee missed out on the matchday squad last time out as Stephane Zubar, Ashley Eastham, Zac Thompson, Nick Ajose and Ethan Ebanks-Landell completed the full compliment of five loan players eligible for selection under Football League rules. Last weekend was the first time Kevin Blackwell has been able to name seven substitutes in 2013 following a major overhaul of his squad. Defenders Phil Picken (knee) and Adam Lockwood (groin) remain on the sidelines along with midfielder Shane Byrne (blood disorder).
