Jakob says: "I watched Sunderland against Chelsea and I see no way for Spurs. 2-1 Sunderland. Defoe and Fletcher 2"
Chris asks: "How come Soldado is on the bench? Is he injured?" AVB has just been speaking and it seems he has simply chosen Defoe ahead of him.
Ray says: "As a lifelong spurs fan I really can't understand the decisions AVB makes, is Townsend carrying an injury? Lamela needs to play more games to build his confidence and I agree Dawson is not good enough, he panics when under pressure and just boots the ball anywhere. One up front does NOT work, if we can see that why can't AVB, sooner he goes the better, we want our Tottenham back. COYS"
Chris Green from Huddersfield says: "Should be a straightforward evening for Andre Villa-Boas' side...Spurs to win 4-1, with Defoe (2), Chadli and Lennon bagging the goals for the North Londoners." Cheers Chris, enjoy the game!
Teams - Black Cats boss Gus Poyet has also shuffled his pack with Ondrej Celustka, Sebastian Larsson, Adam Johnson and Steven Fletcher coming in for Andrea Dossena, Craig Gardner, Fabio Borini and Emanuele Giaccherini.
Teams - England striker Jermain Defoe retains his place in the Tottenham starting line-up as summer signing Roberto Soldado has to make do with a seat on the bench. Manager Andre Villa-Boas has made four changes for the clash as Kyle Naughton, Nacer Chadli, Moussa Dembele and Lewis Holtby replace Jan Vertonghen, Vlad Chiriches, Sandro and Erik Lamela.
More views - Kenny says: "More tinkering by AVB.. Lamela has to start more games and Dawson has been poor all season. Sunderland to win at a canter." Stephen Wickens, Surrey, says: "Spurs are playing way too central for my liking, always cutting in and firing at goal, hardly any delivery from either wing. If we can crack some balls to a poacher like Soldado from the wing, we can open Sunderland up, but some of our boys need to stop being greedy! An ambitious 3 - 1 to Tottenham; COYS!"
FIRST VIEW - Shaun has been in touch to say: "I'm going to go for 1-1 today. Any idea why Chiriches isn't playing? Scored a goal now doesn't make squad! Not good for my dream team!" He is injured. Cheers for your view, enjoy the game!
My view - I think they'll be goals today but there will be nothing to separate the sides so I'm going for a 2-2 draw, which pays a handsome 16/1 with Sky Bet! What are your views / predictions for this evening's game? Send them to email@example.com
Fancy a bet? Sky Bet go 14/5 for a Sunderland win, 5/2 for the draw and evens for a victory to Spurs. Any views / predictions? Send them to firstname.lastname@example.org
