Torquay United midfielder Nicky Wroe hit a hat-trick to earn his side a 3-1 victory over Cheltenham and progress into the second round of the FA Cup.
The visitors took the lead in the eighth minute when Theo Lewis headed Justin Richards' near-post cross into the far corner.
But the Robins hit the self-destruct button over the course of the next 10 minutes, giving away two penalties and going down to 10 men.
Josh Low was fortunate to earn just a yellow card for bringing down Elliot Benyon for the first penalty in the 10th minute, while Lee Ridley was shown a red card for deliberately handling the ball on the line to prevent Benyon scoring from close range eight minutes later.
Gulls midfielder Wroe dispatched both spot kicks into the bottom right corner.
Torquay's much-deserved third goal then duly arrived in the 70th minute as Wroe blasted a left-footed shot into the top right-hand corner to complete his hat-trick.
