Tottenham 2 Man Utd 2. All over and the points are shared. Great game and both sides can take positives from it.
United win a late corner, with Evra testing Sandro. Rooney sends the ball over. Lloris comes and flaps. He gets lucky as he falls onto the ball before Smalling can get a boot on it.
Vidic allowed to wander forward and get his head up. He spots Hernandez moving towards the back post, but gets too much on his cross and the United forward can only nod into the crowd.
United slow things down in midfield. Spurs not pulling as many back now - they feel this game is still there for the taking. Risky business from the hosts.
Poor from Walker. He tries to fire the ball low into the box, but his intention is read. Loose ball breaks to a white shirt and the ball is deflected behind off Evra. Walker's corner nodded behind by Smalling for another. Second effort scrambled out at the near post.
Defoe escapes behind Vidic and heads towards the box. United skipper realises he has to do something and hauls the Spurs striker down right on the edge. He is cautioned.

Walker goes long towards Defoe, but he can't bring the ball down on his toe. Ball runs behind for a goal kick. Can anyone snatch a dramatic winner here?
Heavy touch from Hernandez, but the ball breaks to Nani. He can't control it either. Paulinho has space down the middle, but is unable to turn a flicked header into the path of Sigurdsson.
Young's first involvement isn't the best as he tries a stepover, is muscled off the ball by Townsend and then concedes a free-kick. Spurs now planning their final change.
Double change by United as they look to freshen things up out wide. Valencia and Kagawa make way for Nani and Young.

Moyes now readying another change. Nani will be joining us shortly. On the field, De Gea hammers high into the sky. When the ball drops, it falls to a white shirt. Paulinho and Vertonghen on different wavelengths.
Another dangerous free-kick position for Spurs. This time 25 yards out and left of centre. Walker happy to pass this one on. He rolls the ball to Defoe, but the United wall breaks out to block. Why touch it? Why not just hit it?
Townsend tries too much as he cuts inside, but Dembele wins the ball back. He powers towards the box and is sent tumbling by Jones. The United man sees yellow and will miss the Red Devils' next fixture.
Rooney's delivery is poor again and barely leaves the ground. Loose ball falls to Valencia, but his cross is also seen out. Walker races out and sends a fantastic cross into the six-yard box. Townsend breaking his neck to get there, but can't make contact as he slides in at the back post.
United playing keep-ball in midfield. Spurs with 10 behind the ball. Valencia beats Vertonghen for pace, but the Belgian gets back at him and slides in to concede a corner.
Great sliding challenge from Chiriches to win the ball and then run it away from Rooney. Townsend then blocked off by Evra as he looks to burst down the right. Evra cautioned.

United going looking for a winner. Welbeck is replaced by Hernandez. Two of the Premier League's most natural finishers enter the fray off the bench. Can either find the target?
Ball is touched to Walker this time. The United wall have learned their lesson and don't jump. The ball cannons into them and away. Poor effort in truth.
Mike Dean looks to play advantage as the ball is moved to Townsend, but play is then pulled back for a foul by Jones. Free-kick to Spurs 30 yards from goal, left of centre.
Valencia uses his arm when challenging for a high ball with Vertonghen. Decision goes against him. England manager Roy Hodgson among those in attendance today. He will be hoping Defoe gets on at some point.
Townsend involved for the first time, and gets into space on the right. He cuts back onto his left foot, but a dipping cross falls behind Soldado. Welbeck leads the charge on the counter, and bundles into the box. He looks up for support, but can't find any.
Walker trots back over to the right to take the throw. He gets the ball back from Dawson and breaks behind Kagawa. Evra comes over to help out and the ball ricochets behind for a United goal kick.
Free-kick to Spurs wide on their left now. Defoe going through his paces on the sidelines - might see him soon. Walker whips over the set-piece, but onto the head of Jones.
Walker tries his luck from the free-kick. He catches the ball cleanly and gets it around the wall. He can't get it to curl back enough, though, and his effort flashes wide of the target. De Gea never worried.
Home fans not happy with the decision to replace Lennon with Townsend. Odd call as Chadli has done very little and Lennon has looked lively.
Lloris forced to hammer into the sky as a long ball won't make it through into his penalty area. Movement now on the Spurs bench, with Townsend being readied. Obvious call for AVB. On the field. Vidic feels Soldado 40 yards out.
Welbeck lays off to Cleverley, who goes wide to Evra. No way through for United. Walker doing well to close the ball quickly. Evra comes again and sends over a dangerous cross. Rooney gets across Chiriches, but can't make contact eight yards out.
Rooney, on a hat-trick, takes himself. Tame effort which gets stuck in the wall. As the ball drops back to the turf, Spurs can hammer to safety. Not Rooney's best.
De Gea drills long for United. Jones able to send the ball down the right for Rooney. He flicks on for Valencia, but Chadli has tracked all the way back to fill his defensive duties. Spurs can't get out and Rooney is blocked off by Chiriches. Free-kick to United 20 yards out, right of centre.
Walker looks to crash the ball towards the target. He gets good whip on the delivery, but not enough height and United can get bodies in the way - and then look to counter.
Paulinho tripped by Vidic down by the corner flag, wide on the Spurs left. Opportunity to send the big men forward from the back. Needs a good delivery.
Great game, let's hope that continues. You get the feeling that there are more goals in this yet, with both sides going all out for three points.
GOAL UNITED - ROONEY. No mistake from the United striker. Rooney opts to drill straight down the middle and the ball hits the back of the net as Lloris dives to his left. All square again.
Lloris comes out to meet Welbeck as he chases through the box, and the United striker goes down. Penalty given and Lloris sees yellow as Welbeck was going away from goal.
De Gea could only stand and watch as the ball fizzed past him. A brilliant effort from the Brazilian. United looking to offer an immediate response and Kagawa wins a throw by the corner flag.
GOAL TOTTENHAM - SANDRO. What a strike! Spurs work the ball inside from a throw-in and Sandro is able to spin into space. He twists inside Cleverley onto his left foot and lashes into the top corner from 25 yards out.
Spurs chasing shadows a bit, with United playing around them. Rooney then sprays a pass out to Valencia, but this time he can't beat his man. Spurs unable to clear. Valencia tries again, but sees a cross bounce back off him and behind for a goal kick.
Soldado with a flick towards Paulinho, but Evra is strong enough and experienced enough to get his body in the way and earn a goal kick. Spurs happy to let United have the ball in midfield.
United now pressing high up the field, forcing Spurs to go backwards. Patient build-up from the hosts. They start to make inroads down the right, until Evra steps in.
Rooney tripped on halfway by Dembele and Sandro. United look to take the free-kick quickly, but are too quick off the mark. Rooney freed down the right, but his dinked cross has too much on it for Welbeck in the middle.
Sloppy from Evans now as he takes too long to clear his lines and ends up playing the ball out for a Spurs throw. Neither side able to string a succession of passes together at the moment.
Heavy touch from Kagawa allows Dawson to clear. Loose ball breaks off the boot of Paulinho - it came at him very fast. Soldado closes down Evans, but ends up catching him as he plays the ball back to De Gea. Needless.
Vidic pulled up for handball, but didn't appear to know too much about it as the ball whistled in his direction. Spurs clear their lines. They can't offer anything in the final third and United win a free-kick of their own.
Valencia starts the second half as he ended the first, causing problems down the United right. Chiriches gets over to him and slides in to concede a corner. Whistle goes as Rooney delivers. Free-kick to Spurs.
Chris Green says: "United's performance has been very discouraging so far, but I am sure we'll get a positive result if we keep troubling the Spurs back line."
Rob Leedham says: "Not as defensive as I feared, Lennon looking bright but bad miss by Bobby, 2-1 Spurs."
Alfie Stefani says: "Awful 1st half by United. We need someone to take over the midfield and control the game. Need to see more class!"
Matthew Joyce says: "Spurs need a goal or two to win! Hopefully they can recover from their 6-0 lose again Man City last Sunday!"

Tottenham 1 Man Utd 1. All square at the level. Spurs started brightly and have created the better chances, but United have grown into the game and pose a considerable threat up front.

Throw on the left taken by Vertonghen. He finds Paulinho, but he is bundled over. Nothing given. Cleverley left in acres of space in midfield, but leaves the ball for Rooney.

De Gea with a great pass onto the chest of Valencia, but again the ball breaks off him. Spurs make a mess of things in midfield and Valencia twists past Chiriches. Vertonghen then flies into a strong tackle on Rooney. Well-timed inside the box.
Walker whips the ball in high, too high as De Gea can move through the crowd and claim. He looks to get United moving on the counter, but the ball won't stick to Valencia's boot. Spurs slow things down at the back.
Chirches allowed to wander forward. He keeps on going and is eventually sent sprawling by Jones. Free-kick to Spurs wide on their left - 40 yards from goal. Opportunity to load the box.
United now full of confidence and snapping into tackles - Rooney and Cleverley leading the way. Soldado and Lennon will be cursing their luck and squandering the opportunity to put Spurs two up.
The ball came through to Walker very quickly, but he will feel he should have done better than divert it back across the face of his own goal. Rooney was never going to miss when offered such a gift.
GOAL UNITED - ROONEY. All square in the blink of an eye. Spurs left to rue their missed chances. Jones whips over a cross from the right. The ball breaks off Walker back into the path of Rooney and he pokes into the top corner.

Walker throws long down the right, but Cleverley comes out with the ball. He slips past one challenge, but is unable to feed a low pass into the path of Welbeck down the left. De Gea then forced out of his box to deal with a long punt down the middle.
Soldado still doing his bit for the collective cause, closing from the front. United look to move down their left, but the hosts slam every door in their face. Spurs doing everything asked of them at the moment.

Moyes and De Gea will not be happy with the wall. They all jumped and broke up as the ball was struck. Walker just put his foot through his effort and hoped for the best.
GOAL TOTTENHAM - WALKER. Wall doesn't do its job as Walker powers the ball through a clutch of red shirts and it flashes past De Gea before he has time to react. Low and powerful from the Spurs full-back.
Quick feet from Paulinho on the edge of the box. Evans sticks out a leg and the Brazilian goes down. Promising opportunity for Spurs 20 yards out, just to the left of centre. Plenty of willing takers. Wall taking forever to retreat 10 yards.
De Gea does well to deal with a bouncing ball sent in his direction. Spurs have two men closing him quickly and the United keeper has to fire into the stands. Ball worked to Vertonghen, but he can only find the head of Evans.
Valencia keeps the ball in play, despite home protests. United happy to go sideways across their midfield. When Cleverley does look forward, Lloris steps off his line to pluck a looping pass out of the sky.
Rooney picks Chirches' pocket and moves into the box. A great block by Dawson prevents United from troubling the target. Spurs struggle to clear their lines, but eventually get off the hook.

The players are in the tunnel and we are almost ready for the off. We will have to leave the feedback there for now but there will be further opportunities to have your say at half-time and at the final whistle.
Roger Scholes wants a sense of perspective, saying: "I have no idea why AVB is under pressure - he's just bought half a dozen new players that he's trying to blend in - it's going to take time, and he's only 4 points away from a top 4 position with a game in hand. They lost 6-0 to City, so what, United lost 6-1 to City at Home and then won the title the following year. I don't know why Defoe and Townsend are benched. Eriksen and Lamela will be missed heavily today. United look weak in midfield, AVB's plan is to obviously to flood the midfield with 3 powerful central players. If they can dominate that battle then Spurs can knick the points today."
Liam Elliott reckons it could be a close encounter, saying: "I think it will be 2-1 United. Rooney, Valencia and Dembele scorers."
Dennis Breadie sees a Spurs success, saying: "Cleverley & Wellbeck. Guarantees three points for Spurs. Moyes just refuses to learn."
Matt Ingram looking for Red Devils to start well, syaing: "If United can get the early goal, this could be an easy afternoon for the reds. Spurs can't score at the moment and United look lethal going forward. I'm going 3-1 to United with Rooney to score first!"
Keep your thoughts coming in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @SkySportsChrisB. a little over 15 minutes until kick-off at White Hart Lane.
Donna Mealing is in optimistic mood, saying: "Hard game today for AVB after last week's mauling. But I'm a true white and blue and I'm going for 3-1 home win - Soldado, Lennon and Paulinho. COYS."
Players out being put through their pre-match paces. Could be a crucial day for the hosts. Villas-Boas desperately needs his players to deliver for him. Will they? We'll find out shortly.
Byron Booth is looking for a birthday boost, saying: "Today will be a tactical game and being my 23rd birthday a United win will put the cherry on the cake. I think with Kagawa and Rooney in form a comfortable 3-0 win should be on the cards, if the rest of the team pull there wait."
Ryan Farnworth is predicting one-way traffic, saying: "I think that the outcome will be unfortunate for spurs with them suffering another Manchester battering with them winning 3-0. Rooney, Kagawa and Valencia scoring."
Wahid Mahmood thinks Moyes needs to add in January: "Nani should be starting today on the plus side Kagawa playing just behind the striker is a good sign. RVP injured is not looking good. We still need a midfielder in my opinion as Cleverley is not good enough. Cabaye maybe in transfer window."
Gary Hunter unhappy with United XI: "When will David Moyes learn? Having Cleverley and Welbeck in the team is a very bad move, they are nowhere near United first team class, pedestrian football from United today and another defeat."
Sam Helps fears for the Spurs boss. saying: "Looking at the Tottenham side today it looks like a solid team on paper. For Spurs this season doesn't mean anything. We need to beat United today to put ourselves back onto the map. If we lose today I think AVB will get sacked. COYS."
Joshua David is another tipping an away win, saying: "Not the strongest team set out by Moyes but I'm still going for a comfortable 3-1 away win with Rooney, Hernandez, Dembele and Cleverly on the scoresheet."
Rob Leedham isn't impressed by AVB's selection. He says: "Far too defensive, no supply again for Bobby, draw will be the best we can hope for, must keep starting Lamela!"
CJ sees the visitors maintaining their momentum, saying: "All about Kagawa today. Playing through the middle he is too good for any team. He'll grab a goal and 3-0 United."
Man Utd team: De Gea, Smalling, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Cleverley, Jones, Kagawa, Welbeck, Rooney. Subs: Lindegaard, Rafael, Anderson, Fellaini, Nani, Young, Hernandez.

The Red Devils plundered five goals while on Champions League duty in midweek and have made 12 visits to White Hart Lane since they last came unstuck in this particular part of north London.
United, meanwhile, are moving ominously through the gears - with David Moyes' men unbeaten in their last 11 games in all competitions.
Their last Premier League outing saw them ship six against another Manchester outfit, in the form of City, and a positive response must be offered to that dismal showing if AVB is to rest a little easier.
Spurs come into the game with pressure mounting on their boss Andre Villas-Boas, with the capital outfit having gone three games without a win to slip 11 points off the title pace.
