It's full time at the Hawthorns and West Brom gain a hugely significantly three points. They kept their lead, they held their nerve and Saido Berahino's name will be up in lights. For West Ham, another disappointing performance will irate the Irons faithful. Thanks for joining me!
The introduction of Anichebe has been an inspired one, his strength has kept the ball in the corners and completely nullified the Hammers threat.
The Hawthorns are looking to sing their team home, as West Ham continually pump the ball into the box. Any chance West Brom have to take it to the corner, they'll do it.
The Baggies are electing to keep the ball in the corner, with Anichebe's strength helping to run down the clock.
Carroll's flick-on header lands perfectly to Nolan, who takes an age to hit on goal from 20 yards out. By the time he gets his shot away, he's tackled by Dorrans.
West Brom get a freekick near the touchline, but Dorrans overhits his cross into Adrian's hands. A really nervy delivery from the Scot.
Morrison finds room to fire in on goal, but his powerful effort falls straight into the hands of Adrian.
On the counter attack again, West Brom have the opportunity to test Adrian but Amalfitano miskicks and his cross goes over the West Ham goal and harmlessly out for a goal kick.
West Brom doing their best to slow down the game, as Foster takes his time to pick up the ball from the advancing Carroll. A really pivotal fifteen minutes, can Pepe Mel's side hold on?
Chance for West Brom as Olsson nods down towards Sessgnon, who hits it towards goal but it's comfortably palmed away by Adrian.
West Ham have not lost four in a row since the days of Avram Grant. West Ham's fans frustrations are increasing as we draw nearer to the 90 minute mark.
CHANCE FOR WEST HAM! Jarvis whips in a great corner towards Carroll, and the big striker heads on to the bar and the ball flies out for a goal kick. Great header, desperately unlucky.
A deep corner finds Carroll, who heads into the ground and over the bar. The Hammers have failed to capitalise on their set-pieces so far.
Neat work from Downing and Demel gives the full-back an opportunity to cross, but it's defended well by Jones and it's deflected out for a corner.
CHANCE FOR WEST BROM! Mulumbu scuffs a shot from 30 yards out and it drops straight into the path of Berahino, who can't control the ball and it falls straight into Adrian's grasp. Poor control from the striker, who was free in the box.
A deep corner is aimed towards Dawson, but West Ham defend the corner superbly, as they have done throughout the match.
West Ham try and break on the counter and Jarvis goes down under the challenge from Morrison, but Mike Dean waves away any appeals and Albion break on the counter - eventually getting a corner.
CHANCE FOR WEST BROM! Sessegnon bursts through and finds Berahino, who completely falls over his own feet but manages to play it back to the Benin international - who cuts in and feeds it back to Berahino who fires down the throat of Adrian. Sessegnon gets the ball again, but he fires over. Two massive chances.
A nervy half-hour awaits for the Baggies, and it's representative throughout the Hawthorns. A rather subdued atmosphere so far from the Baggies faithful.
Jarvis goes down from a flailing elbow from Dawson. It initially looked serious, but replays show there was minimal contact.
After a few scuffed attempts on goal, the ball pops out of the box into the path of the onrushing Dorrans who just can't get the required contact on the ball - and drags it wide. Poor finishing from both sides so far.
Wonderfully patient play from Albion and the ball is maneuvered towards Billy Jones, whose low attempt is palmed away by Adrian and out for a corner.
Good play from Downing on the right-hand side and he aims it towards the far-post, where Carroll nods it down towards goal but Foster watches it go out of play for a goal-kick.
Foster releases it quickly and West Brom hit the Hammers on the counter attack once again and the ball eventually falls to Sessegnon, who attempts to hit it towards the near-post but it flies harmlessly wide.
Downing tries to pick out Jarvis and Jones, rather nervously, gives away a needless corner by kicking it behind his goal - with no West Ham player in sight. The resulting corner is comfortably held by Foster.
Nervy from Ben Foster, as he attempts to catch Noble's delivery but fumbles. Fortunately for him, there's no West Ham player in sight and he can smother it easily.
Downing takes on Dorrans, who cynically takes down the ex-Boro winger, and West Ham get a free-kick midway through their half.
A dangerous corner is aimed towards Olsson, who tries to block off Adrian, but the keeper gets a touch on it and the ball is comfortably cleared.
West Ham have a good opportunity but Diame can't get his shot on goal, and from one end to the other, Amalfitano attempts to cross the ball in towards Berahino - but it hits off McCartney and goes out for a corner.
Half time at the Hawthorns, and it's West Brom 1-0 West Ham thanks to Saido Berahino's goal. Get in touch and let me know your thoughts and predictions.
Jarvis runs at Reid, but this time the Baggies full-back manages to block off the winger. Whilst letting the ball go out of play, Reid clatters into the advertising hoardings and looks likely that he's damaged his groin. A lengthy delay whilst he receives treatment.
Berahino runs at McCartney, but it's well defended by the Hammers full back as he ushers the goal-scorer out of play and gets his side a goal kick.
Chants of "You're getting sacked in the morning" from the West Ham fans at Sam Allardyce. Clearly unhappy with their performance so far, but in truth it's the Hammers finishing that has let them down.
Jarvis, you guessed it, gets away from Steven Reid and he delivers a sumptuous ball into Nolan's path - who can't get under the ball and instead fires it high over Foster's goal and out for a goal-kick.
Winston Reid gets a flick on from Noble's cross, but Foster smothers at the feet of Carroll. The Baggies keeper has been superbly commanding of his box, so far.
Downing tries to get past Mulumbu and goes down under the challenge of the Congolese midfielder. Opportunity for Noble to fire the ball into a cluttered box.
The corner is delivered towards Olsson but Winston Reid gets a good head on it, and diverts the danger away. Well defended by the Irons centre-back.
CHANCE FOR WEST BROM! Sessegnon was free in the box having dodged Collins' challenge, but instead of hitting it first-time, he opted to cut back into the path of Collins who cleared for a corner. Poor decision making from Sessegnon there.
Noble has time to pick out Carroll or Nolan who picked up dangerous positions in the Baggies box, but Noble disappointingly overhits his ball and it goes out for a goal kick.
Tomkins has been struggling for the last ten minutes with a dead leg, and he obviously wasn't fit enough to carry on. A like-for-like swap with Collins coming on.
Diame skips away from the challenge and has a chance to hit it on goal, but his effort is high, wide and not very handsome. Poor effort from the midfielder.
West Brom hit the Hammers on the counter attack and Sessegnon feeds the ball into Dorrans, who has acres of space on the edge of the box - but scuffs his shot wide of Adrian's goal. Big chance for Mel's side to double their lead.
CHANCE FOR WEST HAM! Corner falls into the path of Demel, who has time to fire in on goal but his powerful shot is palmed away by Ben Foster. Smart stop by the keeper, but the Hammers feel they should have had a penalty for Foster's challenge on Jarvis.
Another ball behind Steven Reid and into the path of Jarvis, and this time Foster opts to run off his line and nullify the winger's threat. His tackle goes out for a corner.
Jarvis, once again, is one-on-one with Reid and looks set to fire in on goal but instead opts to pass it to Nolan, whose easily tackled. Showed a distinct lack of confidence there from the Hammers winger.
West Brom are keeping the ball better now and are beginning to control the game, rather than absorbing West Ham attack after attack.
Another chance for West Brom! A superb ball into the box falls into the path of Billy Jones, who heads narrowly wide. Some Baggies fans were already celebrating.
Great play from West Brom as Amalfitano taps the ball off to Sessegnon, and the Benin international runs in on goal but sees his 20-yard shot blocked by Tomkins. Poor decision though, as Berahino was free in the box.
Been quite a battle so far between Matt Jarvis and Steven Reid on the Hammers' left flank, whilst Andy Carroll v Jonas Olsson has been a bit of a bruiser too.
Some nice play from West Brom and the ball comes to Amalfitano on the right wing, who takes his time and whips in a great cross towards Berahino but it's defended well by Tomkins and cleared into safety.
Graham Dorrans takes the resulting freekick, which finds the target, but also lands very comfortably into Adrian's hands.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the pitch, Berahino gets to the ball ahead of Noble who upends the England U21 international and gives the Baggies a freekick in a dangerous position.
CHANCE FOR WEST HAM! Superb ball from Diame which finds Carroll from six yards out, but his header is superbly saved by Ben Foster. The England striker should have scored, but it was a fantastic save from Foster.
Downing launches a long-ball into the box towards Carroll, who catches the ball sweetly on the volley but it's blocked and cleared for a corner.
After a frantic opening period, the game seems to have calmed down a bit as West Ham try and keep possession. Clear to see the Hammers game plan, as all attacks are being led by Matt Jarvis.
West Ham get a free-kick just over the half-way line and Noble aims it towards Nolan, who had got in behind the Baggies defence but the ball just evaded his touch. Good chance to get a shot on target.
The ball is played over the top to Jarvis, who keeps the ball in and floats in a wonderful ball - which is tipped away by Ben Foster and cleared from danger. Important stop from the keeper, as Carroll was waiting behind him.
It's been all West Ham so far, but one attack has stunned the thousands of Hammers fans behind Adrian's net. A superb piece of counter-attacking play from Pepe Mel's men, but they've been in this position before...
Sessegnon bursts through the defence and finds Amalfitano, who has all the time in the world in the box, and fires it into the path of Berhaino who hits it high into Adrian's net. 1-0 to West Brom!
West Brom win a corner and the ball is cleared into the path of Mulumbu, who shapes up to hit it from 30 yards out - however, he hits it high and wide.
Jarvis runs at Reid again and has time to deliver a floated ball in, but instead the winger hits it straight out of play. Jarvis' pace is causing all kinds of troubles already.
Another chance for West Ham! Jarvis runs at Reid and gets beyond the full-back and fires in a deliciously driven cross into the path of Downing, but Jones just gets in first. It would have been a goal for the Hammers had it not been for the Baggies full back.
CHANCE! The corner comes in and it ricochets into the path of Carroll, who finds space to fire in on Foster's goal. But a smart stop from the England keeper nullifies the Irons threat and the ball is cleared.
A clumsy challenge on the edge of the box from Amalfitano on McCartney gives West Ham a freekick in a very promising position. To the left of the Baggies box, it's Noble over the ball...
West Ham receive a free-kick in their own half after Tomkins is fouled by Berahino. Adrian attempts to find Carroll, but massively overhits the ball and it flies out for a goal-kick to West Brom.
After a strong challenge from Olsson on Carroll, the Swede ends up clattering his own team mate, Mulumbu. Only 30 seconds in and there's already concerns for the combative midfielder.
Gareth McAuley failed a last-minute fitness test and his absence may concern Pepe Mel. Since he joined three years ago, the Baggies have failed to keep a clean sheet without him. Andy Carroll will surely fancy his chances.
The teams are in the tunnel and referee Mike Dean is ready to lead the 22 players out. A huge game at the bottom, a must-win for the Baggies. Sam Allardyce, no doubt, will want his side to put in a performance that will appease their supporters who have been less than impressed with their style of play of late.
