    Wigan will have deadline day signing Devante Cole available for the Sky Bet League One clash against Gillingham.

    Defender Donervon Daniels has returned from a loan spell at Rochdale, so could be drafted back into the squad by Latics boss Paul Cook. Forward James Vaughan comes into contention again having been cup-tied against West Ham, as does midfielder Jamie Walker, signed from Hearts, after recovering from a knee problem.

    Midfielder Shaun MacDonald (knee) and defender Craig Morgan (hip) remain unavailable.

    Gillingham could bring Rhys Murphy straight into the squad after the striker signed following a trial. Defender Connor Ogilvie has extended his loan spell from Tottenham until the end of the season, but goalkeeper Stuart Nelson has left the club after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

    Centre-back Alex Lacey picked up an ankle problem in last weekend's win over Fleetwood, while midfielder Scott Wagstaff (hamstring) is still not match fit. Midfielder Billy Bingham (broken ankle) continues his rehabilitation, along with long-term absentee Aaron Morris (knee).
