Webo started his career in Uruguay before securing a move to Spanish second division outfit Leganes.
But he was soon snapped up by Osasuna, where he made more than 100 appearances before securing a switch to Mallorca, where he currently plays.
At 28 and with over 30 Cameroon caps under his belt, Webo is one of the more experienced members of Paul Le Guen's squad.
The highlight of his international career to date was a hat-trick against African rivals Ivory Coast in a 2006 World Cup qualifier.
The pacy striker has netted over 10 times for his country and will be looking to add to that tally when called upon as the Indomitable Lions look to secure progress from a group comprising Netherlands, Denmark and Japan.
