Inter Milan teenager Krhin is touted as the future of Slovenian football and has been included in the squad for South Africa.
The 19-year-old, who is reportedly of interest to Liverpool, has been restricted to just five games for Jose Mourinho's men, with the Portuguese tactician handing him his professional debut against Parma last season.
The all-round midfielder's international career is yet to take off entirely, with his three caps coming from the bench and he awaits his first goal in professional football.
Highly rated by Mourinho, the youngster is tipped to follow in the footsteps of Slovenian legend Zlatko Zahovic by plying his trade at the highest level in club football.
Krhin made his international debut in the 2-1 defeat to England and he will hope to add to his caps tally against Fabio Capello's men in the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium this June.
