Image: Dave Winfield: Pushing for starting role

Team news for Tuesday night's npower League Two clash between Wycombe and Gillingham.

Wycombe boss Gary Waddock may name an unchanged side. The Chairboys got off to a flying start last weekend with a 3-1 win over league new boys York. Defender Dave Winfield and Dennis Oli both returned to the bench in that fixture after recovering from injury and will be pushing for a starting place. Striker Oli, who came on as a substitute, will be hoping for a bigger contribution against his former club. Defender Charles Dunne missed Saturday's game after picking up a knock in last week's League Cup fixture and is expected to be unavailable again. Matt McClure is Waddock's only other injury concern, the striker is still suffering with tendonitis of the knee. Martin Allen will make a number of changes to his Gillingham squad. The Gills' opening-day 3-1 win over Bradford was played in energy-sapping heat at the Priestfield and Allen has suggested that he may need to rotate his starting line-up for the clash against the Chairboys. Myles Weston came off the bench to seal the victory on Saturday and will be favourite to get a starting place. Allen told Kent News: "We have a squad of 20 travelling to Wycombe and I feel we need some fresh legs in our team. "This is our third game of the week, with one of them being played at about 3,000 degrees! "We have players chomping at the bit for their turn and in my mind they have worked hard and when they have played, they have done well."
